SUSY RUDKIN COACHING
Does your mind rarely switch off?

Perhaps life looks fine from the outside, but inside it feels very different.

The mind is constantly thinking, analysing, worrying or anticipating what might go wrong. Conversations get replayed. Decisions become exhausting. Other people's reactions matter more than you'd like them to. Saying no can bring guilt, while disagreement or conflict feels uncomfortable enough to avoid.

Sometimes it shows up as anxiety. Sometimes stress, exhaustion or feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps there's self-doubt, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing or a persistent feeling of never being quite good enough.

And even when you know you're overthinking, knowing doesn't necessarily make it stop.

If any of this feels familiar, there may be more going on beneath the surface.
What if the problem isn't you — but the patterns you've learned?
Our thoughts and beliefs shape how we interpret what happens around us.

Those interpretations influence how we feel. How we feel influences what we do — or avoid doing — and ultimately the results we create.

Many of these patterns become so automatic that we're not even consciously aware of them.

A belief such as “I'm not good enough”, for example, can quietly influence relationships, confidence, boundaries, decisions and the need for approval — without ever appearing as a conscious thought.

That's why simply telling ourselves to stop worrying, think positively or be more confident rarely creates lasting change.

We can't change what we're not aware of.

But once a pattern becomes visible, we have something we can work with.
A difficult thought doesn't have to become your reality.
Imagine being able to notice an unhelpful thought while it's happening — before it turns into hours of overthinking, anxiety or catastrophising.

To recognise what you're feeling without judging it.

To become curious about what an emotion is telling you rather than trying to suppress, analyse or escape it.

To question whether the thought driving that feeling is actually helpful — and consciously choose a different one when it isn't.

With practice, this creates something incredibly important:
Choice.
Instead of automatically reacting from old fears and beliefs, it becomes possible to respond with greater awareness, confidence and self-trust.

The aim isn't to control every thought or never experience an uncomfortable emotion again.

It's to develop a healthier relationship with your own mind.
What could change?
This work can help develop the ability to:

-
Interrupt overthinking before it becomes a spiral
-
Challenge fear-based thoughts in real time
-
Feel calmer and more present
-
Trust your own judgement and intuition
-
Set boundaries without being consumed by guilt
-
Express yourself more honestly and authentically
-
Feel less dependent on other people's approval
-
Understand and respond to emotions rather than fear them
-
Navigate disagreement and conflict with greater confidence
-
Recognise self-sabotaging patterns earlier
-
Develop stronger self-esteem and self-belief
-
Create happier, healthier relationships

Ultimately, it's about being less controlled by fear and more able to live as yourself.
Hi, I'm Susy

I'm an Energy Leadership Coach, ELI Master Practitioner and NLP Practitioner, with a professional background in Integrative Counselling.

What I've learnt through both my training and my work with clients is that understanding why we feel or behave a certain way can be enormously valuable — but insight isn't always enough to change it.

That's why my approach is active, practical and change-focused.
I use a unique blend of Energy Leadership Coaching, NLP, my Integrative Counselling background and deeper belief work to help uncover and transform the thoughts, beliefs and patterns operating beneath the surface.

I don't believe difficult emotions are something to eliminate. Anger can tell us that a boundary has been crossed. Sadness is an entirely appropriate response to loss. Fear can literally keep us alive.

Rather than judging what arises, we'll become curious about it.

The aim is not to tell clients what to think, feel or do. It's to help develop the awareness and tools to understand their own inner world, make conscious choices and increasingly trust themselves.
Perhaps you've already tried therapy

Previous counselling or therapy may have created valuable insight into why certain patterns developed and helped make sense of past experiences.

But perhaps there's still a feeling of:
“I understand why I do this. I just don't know how to stop doing it.”
Coaching can offer a different next step.
Rather than repeatedly analysing the past, our work focuses on developing awareness of what's happening now, recognising patterns as they arise and practising different ways of thinking and responding in everyday life.
Understanding the past can be valuable.
Peace of Mind focuses on what becomes possible from here.
Peace of Mind
Six months of personalised 1:1 transformational coaching

Peace of Mind is my signature coaching programme for people who are ready to understand their mind differently, change the patterns that have been holding them back and create lasting change from the inside out.

We begin with greater self-awareness.

From there, you'll learn how thoughts and beliefs influence emotions, actions and outcomes; how to recognise unhelpful patterns earlier; how to uncover deeper beliefs when necessary; and how to consciously practise more helpful and empowering ways of thinking and responding.

But the real transformation happens through practice.

That's why Peace of Mind takes place over six months.

There is time to take what we discover into real life, practise it, learn from what happens and bring those experiences back into coaching.

As the programme progresses, sessions gradually become more spaced out so that you're increasingly applying what you've learnt independently.

The goal isn't to need a coach forever.

It's to develop the awareness, tools and self-trust to increasingly coach yourself.

What Clients Say...
I came to Susy after years of anxiety, self-doubt and losing trust in myself. I had become stuck in overthinking and struggled to make decisions with confidence. Through our work together, I learned practical ways to trust myself, understand my patterns and respond differently under pressure.
Vicky from London
"Working with Susy helped me understand how my beliefs and thinking patterns were affecting the way I responded to situations. What I found most valuable was learning how to recognise and manage those thoughts differently rather than being pulled into them. I came away feeling calmer, more self-aware and far more in control."
Sam from Leeds
“My goal was to develop a kinder relationship with myself, quiet overthinking and build confidence. I made huge progress in a surprisingly short space of time and came away with practical tools I still use. Susy brought warmth, structure and accountability in a way that felt supportive rather than overwhelming.”
Fay from Surrey
What might life feel like with a quieter mind?

Not a life without challenges.

Not a life where difficult emotions never appear.

But a life in which every anxious thought doesn't have to be believed.

Where other people's opinions don't determine your worth.

Where saying no doesn't automatically mean guilt.

Where disagreement doesn't have to mean danger.

Where you can trust your own judgement, express yourself honestly and meet life's challenges without abandoning yourself in the process.

That is what Peace of Mind is ultimately about.

If something here resonates, the first step is simply a conversation.
