Hi there and welcome! I'm Susy and I offer online Mindset and Empowerment Coaching to men, women, young people, professionals and groups worldwide.

I graduated from the University of the West of England (UWE) with a BACP accredited Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy in 2011. After running several successful counselling businesses in the UK and Canada for ten years, I retrained to become a coach upon realising that clients achieved quicker and more lasting results when focus was placed more on the present (and future) than on the past.

I use a unique blend of Energy Leadership™ Coaching, Integrative Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help you to master your mind and emotions and to consciously create the ideal life that you envision.
