The aim of this programme is not to “fix everything” in 12 weeks. It is to create a fundamental shift in how you relate to your thinking — so you can continue building confidence, clarity and self-trust long after the programme ends.

At the start of the programme, we use the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment to build a clear picture of how you currently operate — particularly under pressure.
This gives us immediate insight into:

How the 12 Weeks Work

The full programme fee is £1,500
or 3 monthly payments of £525 (£1,575 total)
This is an investment in how you think, respond and lead yourself — not just during the programme, but long after it ends.
The aim is not temporary confidence.
It’s to create a more consistent sense of self-trust, clearer decision-making, and the ability to lead yourself steadily under pressure.
