The Self-Leadership Reset is a defined, 12-week process designed to help you change how you think, respond and lead yourself — in a practical, measurable way and begin experiencing meaningful change within weeks..

The patterns driving self-doubt and internal pressure can feel deeply ingrained — but they are not fixed.

You don’t need years of work to begin changing how you think and respond. With the right structure and focus, meaningful shifts can happen far more quickly than most people expect.

The aim of this programme is not to “fix everything” in 12 weeks. It is to create a fundamental shift in how you relate to your thinking — so you can continue building confidence, clarity and self-trust long after the programme ends.

Where We Begin

At the start of the programme, we use the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment to build a clear picture of how you currently operate — particularly under pressure.

This gives us immediate insight into:

  • The patterns driving your thoughts, feelings and behaviours

  • Your default energetic stress responses

  • Any core beliefs that are sabotaging your success or limiting your capacity to thrive

 

From this, we establish a focused, personalised direction for the work.

How the 12 Weeks Work

The programme is structured to move from awareness → change → integration.

Phase 1: Awareness & Clarity

You gain a clear understanding of how your current patterns operate.

  • ELI debrief and interpretation

  • Introduce the 7 levels of energy and CTFAR models

  • Identify key thinking patterns and triggers

  • Identify the beliefs driving anxiety and self-doubt

Phase 2: Change & Repatterning

We begin actively shifting the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

  • Interrupt automatic thoughts and reactions

  • Develop more grounded, intentional responses

  • Transform limiting beliefs (gremlin energy)

  • Learn practical and empowering new skills

Phase 3: Integration & Self-Leadership

You begin to apply these tools and changes consistently in real situations

  • Strengthen self-trust

  • Make clear, confident decisions

  • Communicate authentically and effectively

  • Hold boundaries without worry or guilt

  • Respond calmly under pressure

This is a defined container designed to create real forward momentum — not drift.

The full programme fee is £1,500
or 3 monthly payments of £525 (£1,575 total)​​​
