How the 12 weeks unfold
We begin with the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment — a research-backed tool that reveals what’s happening beneath the surface, particularly under stress.
It helps us identify:
• unconscious thought patterns
• stress responses and emotional triggers
• deeper beliefs driving self-doubt
• a personalised roadmap for the work ahead
Clients often feel immediate clarity and relief — because what felt confusing becomes workable.
The programme continues with:
• 90-minute ELI Debrief & Integration Session
• 11 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions (weekly). Each session builds on the last — moving from awareness, to regulation, to belief restructuring, to embodied self-leadership.
• Limited email check-in support between sessions for momentum and accountability
• Practical tools and Paperbell client portal for scheduling and file sharing
Sessions are delivered online to clients across the UK and internationally.
This is a time bound container designed for depth, consistency and lasting change.
